The focus for the weekend is to nourish from the inside out. All breakfasts, lunches, and snacks will be lovingly prepared and served by me, with one optional dinner out at Totti’s in Lorne for those who’d like to explore, and another special evening meal created by a private chef at our accommodation.
Mornings will begin with wholesome, seasonal breakfasts — think fresh fruit platters, homemade granola, chia pudding, locally sourced sourdough, and eggs. Lunch will be a colourful spread of salads, dips, and condiments to build your own nourish bowl or sandwich. Snacks will vary from fruit and chocolate-covered dates to protein bites and other little treats throughout the day.
This will be an alcohol-free retreat, though you’re welcome to enjoy a drink when dining out if you wish. All dietary needs and allergies will be catered to with care.

Across the weekend, we’ll flow through four optional classes, all guided by me. We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga session on the first evening, followed by a morning Pilates class on day two. That evening, we’ll unwind with yoga and meditation, and on the final morning, we’ll close the retreat with a refreshing Pilates session out on the lawn.
Each class is designed to help you rejuvenate and restore after the busy season, think soft movement, deep breaths, and plenty of space to simply be. If you’d prefer to sleep in or take it slow, you’re more than welcome to.
This weekend is about rest, balance, and finding your own flow.

To book your spot, simply click the Book Now link above. You’ll be guided to select your room and complete checkout. A 50% deposit is required to secure your place (deposit amounts vary depending on your room choice).
Once booked, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form with your personal details and dietary requirements, and to agree to the retreat Terms & Conditions.
After that, you’ll receive an email with details about your optional personalised payment plan and bank details for the remaining balance.

WAVES Retreat – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the important details for attending the WAVES Retreat so everything runs smoothly for you and for us. By booking a place at the WAVES Retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Booking & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining 50% balance must be paid by the due date specified at checkout. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by WAVES. 2. Cancellations & Refunds: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the retreat, we will refund any payments made, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable. If WAVES must cancel the retreat (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be provided. WAVES is not responsible for any other costs incurred (e.g. travel). 3. Health & Safety: By booking, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in retreat activities, including Pilates and movement practices. Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns prior to the retreat. WAVES is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the retreat. 4. Dietary Requirements: WAVES will make every effort to cater to dietary requirements provided in advance. While care will be taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 5. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the retreat. WAVES is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property. 6. Media Consent: Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Please let us know in writing before the retreat if you do not wish to be included. 7. Agreement: By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
