Meet Our Founder
Hi, I’m Lily — a movement guide, space holder, and the heart behind WAVES + FLOW.
I created WAVES + FLOW because I felt a deep need for spaces that honour softness. So much of the movement world can focus on pushing, perfecting, or performing — but what I was craving (and what I know so many others are too) was something different. A space to land. To listen. To move gently. To be nourished, not depleted.
My background is in yoga and pilates — I’ve trained in mat and reformer pilates, vinyasa (200hr), and yin yoga — and I've been teaching for over five years. But more than any technique, what guides me is care for the nervous system and a love for helping people feel more at home in themselves.
Everything I offer through WAVES + FLOW — from classes and private sessions to retreats and rituals — is designed with that intention: to hold space for presence, compassion, and connection to the body’s wisdom.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me spending time in nature, cooking nourishing food, walking slowly with my two fur babies, or tending to the small daily rituals that inspire this work.
I’m so glad you’re here — this is a space for the whole you.
